South Charleroi Airport, Belgium
Planning all concession space in the new low-cost terminal now in final
design. This includes specification of retail mix and forecasting sales
and revenues from the commercial layout and retail mix proposed.
Hamburg Airport, Germany
Currently working with Hamburg airport on all commercial planning
for the new Plaza/Terminal 3. This involves the review of the
earlier designs by the architect and the planning of all commercial
space to optimise commercial revenues to the airport.
Hyderabad International Airport, India
Working with the private sector developers, CPI is providing all concession
planning input to this major new airport. This involves the definition
of all commercial space (all levels) from opening day until beyond
2030 and includes the definition of retail mix and forecasting of sales
and revenues to the airport operator. The study also involves a review
of the current Hyderabad airport and the review of downtown retail
and catering outlets.
Abruzzo Airport, Italy
Working with (and for) U.K. architects Pascall + Watson, C.P.I. is planning
the commercial space in this small (but rapidly growing) regional airport.
The study proposes the commercial space (and forecast sales and revenues
) For 600,000 and 1,200,000 passengers.
Eilat Airport, Israel
Working with the Israel Airports Authority, C.P.I. is providing concession
planning input to the new terminal which is currently in final design.
Nottingham East Midlands Airport, England
Working with the airport commercial team, C.P.I. is providing concession
space planning input to the project team for the planned new terminal
which is scheduled to open in 2007.
Leeds Bradford Airport, England
C.P.I. reviewed the commercial layout and retail mix at this regional
airport and made recommendations which will lead to commercial revenue
growth in the short term.
Warsaw Airport, Poland
In a 3-stage project in conjunction with Ernst & Young (Poland),
C.P.I. planned the reconfiguration of commercial space/retail mix in
the current Terminal 1 and planned all commercial space and retail mix
in the new Terminal 2 currently in final design.
Kotoko International Airport, Accra, Ghana
This study involves defining duty free, retail and catering mix in the
new International Departures building. It also involves the preparation
of all concession tender documents and involvement throughout the tender
process. C.P.I. will also oversee the implementation of all concessions
proposed.
Manchester Airport, England
Working closely with the airport commercial team, C.P.I. verified the
concession space planning and retail mix for Terminal 1 Landside and
Airside. Concession planning input was also provided for the Landside
and Airside development in Terminal 2.
Vienna Airport, Austria
Working with the airport commercial team and the terminal architect,
C.P.I. provided all space planning for commercial activities in this
major new terminal currently in final design.
Madrid Barajas Airport, Spain
For the Commercial Director of Aena, C.P.I. provided all concession planning
for the commercial space in the new 26 gate Satellite building currently
nearing completion.
Glasgow Prestwick International Airport, Scotland
On behalf of the private sector owners, C.P.I. planned all concessions
in this rapidly growing low-cost carrier airport. The concession planning
was carried out for various passenger scenarios up to 5 MPPA.
Copenhagen Airport, Denmark
This project was a major review of all airside commercial activities
at this gateway Scandinavian airport. Proposals were put forward for
virtually doubling the size of the duty and tax free shop (which was
subsequently carried out) and for redeveloping the whole airside area.
John Lennon Liverpool Airport, England
Working with the project architect, C.P.I. provided all concession planning
input to the first extension of the existing terminal building. The
commercial layout and retail mix was defined and sales and revenue
forecasts prepared for the scheme recommended.
Oslo Gardermoen Airport, Norway
This study planned all commercial space in the extension to the International
pier. The concession layout was defined, additional retail and catering
outlets added and the duty and tax free shop extended. Sales and revenue
forecasts were prepared for the scheme.
Brussels Airport, Belgium
Working closely with the project architect, airport commercial team and
all concessionaires, C.P.I. planned all concessions in the new Topaz
Building (and Pier A) which opened in May 2002.
Munich Airport, Terminal 2, Germany
C.P.I. carried out all concession planning for this major new multi level,
24 gate terminal which opened in mid 2003. The project defined the
T.2. sales mix and co-ordinated that mix with the commercial facilities
in Munich Airport Centre and in the Central Building. Sales and revenue
forecasts were prepared for the retail mix proposed.
Manila International Airport, Terminal 3, Philippines
On behalf of Frankfurt airport, C.P.I. planned all concessions in the
new Terminal 3. The project also involved carrying out major consumer
Market Research. The commercial layout and retail mix was defined and
sales and revenue forecasts prepared.
Venice Airport, Italy
C.P.I. specified all concession space for the new terminal which opened
in 2002. Sales and revenue forecasts were also prepared.
Ben Gurion International Airport T.3., Tel Aviv, Israel
C.P.I. input to this project has been carried out over a period of years
and in various phases. We defined all commercial space in both the
Landside and Airside terminals, prepared the retail mix and forecast
sales and revenue to the I.A.A.
New Athens International Airport, Greece
C.P.I. planned all concessions in this new major airport, defining retail
mix and forecasting sales and revenues to the airport operator.
The Government Of Canada
Frank Gray acted as an expert witness for the Justice Department in litigation
between the partnership which was to develop Terminals 1 and 2 at Toronto
airport and the Government of Canada.
Duty Free Study, Barbados
In partnership with Generation GB (Sweden), C.P.I. carried out a major
review on all duty free trading in Barbados (the airport, cruise terminal
and downtown) and made recommendations on the future duty free strategy
for the island. The project was carried out for the Ministry of Tourism.
Inchon International Airport, Korea
C.P.I. planned all Landside concessions in the Intermodel Transportation
Centre at this major new airport. Commercial layout was proposed, retail
mix defined and sales and revenue forecasts prepared.
Dusseldorf Airport, Germany
For the new part owners (Hochtief/Aer Rianta), C.P.I. carried out a strategic
review of the proposed location for concession development in the existing
and new areas.
Duty Free Study, Manila, Philippines
Working closely with Duty Free Philippines, C.P.I. planned all retail
mix for the new Fiesta Shopping Centre close to Manila International
Airport.
