CPI carried out a major project to introduce Duty and Tax Free shops to the Kingdoms international airports for the first time.

Duty Free shops locations (and sizes) were selected for each airport and consumer market research was carried out to determine demographics and consumer attitudes to commercial activities.

This project involved managing the entire Duty Free process and preparing Request for Proposal (RFP) documents.  CPI also managed the evaluation process and were involved in the negotiations with the successful proposer.
