This major new terminal complex, (with separate Landside and Airside terminal building) opened in 2004 and CPI planned all commercial activities in both terminal buildings.
CPI carried out major consumer market research, reviewed retail in downtown Tel Aviv and planned all commercial space in the buildings.
The retail mix was defined and detailed sales and revenue forecasts produced for the Israel Airports Authority.
