Key Personnel

Frank GreyFrank Gray - Managing Director

Frank is founder and Managing Director of C.P.I., which he set up in 1997.

He has been involved in airport commercial development since 1974, with airports (BAA and Houston, Texas) and, since 1990, as a consultant.  

He manages all C.P.I. projects.

He is co-Director of the annual Airport Commercial Revenue Development course for industry managers at Cranfield University and has his own column in ‘Travel Retail Business’ magazine, a leading industry publication.

Peter OrlandoPeter Orlando - Associate Director

Peter is a retailer who has been involved in airports since 1981.

An Associate Director of C.P.I., he specialises in the definition of retail mix and in the sizing and location of retail facilities in all C.P.I. projects.

Derrick NeillDerrick Neill - Associate Director (Spain)

Derrick is an airport commercial analyst responsible for all analysis, projections and financial modelling on C.P.I projects.

He has been involved in airport commerce since 1987.

Based in Madrid, he is a fluent Spanish speaker.

Derrick NeillSusan Gray- Managing Director (CPI Australia Pty Ltd)

Susan is a Consultant and Managing Director of CPI’s Asia Pacific, Australia and New Zealand business, based in Sydney, Australia.

She has over 14 years experience in the global airports and travel retail industry.

Susan is an experienced journalist and editor in the airports sector. She spent over 7 years working for leading travel food and beverage operator SSP in senior international client relations and business development functions as well as leading corporate communications and rebranding projects at director level.

Phillip WeakePhilip Weake - Managing Director (CIM)

Philip is founder and Managing Director of Compass International Media, a specialist airport advertising consultancy.

Philip works on most C.P.I. projects and provides all input to airport Advertising, including specification of media type and assessment of sales and revenue potential.
